"MP's fighting for increase in salary is hilarious. Our politicians never believe in being subtle. They scream for everything. Vote or note:)," posted Kher in Twitter.
Meanwhile, there is another good news for the MP's, as the Union Cabinet on Monday increased allowances by Rs 10,000 again for parliamentarians.
The decision was taken by the Union Cabinet after facing heat from the Opposition MPs, after they stalled the proceeding of the House last week unhappy over three-fold rise of their monthly salary.
The latest hike of Rs 10,000 comes as Rs 5,000 each in constituency and Rs 5,000 for office expense allowances for the MPs.
The three-fold salary hike to Rs 50,000 from Rs 16,000 remained unaltered.
The Cabinet under Prime Minister Manmohan Singh will bring amendments to the MPs' salary hike bill it had cleared last week.
The parliamentarians led by Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) leader Lalu Prasad and former Uttar Pradesh chief Minister Mulayan Singh Yadav had been unhappy over 300 per cent hike and were demanding Rs 80,001 salary a month.
