The next superstar of Bollywood and the Prince to the erstwhile Royal State of Bhareh Yuvraj Anant is at the end of his tether regarding the constant media speculation over his alleged relationship with actress Minissha Lamba.

A leading national daily first broke the news of their affair in April 2009, and ever since Minissha has been slinging mud on the Yuvraj and his family. Minissha even with to the extent of accusing Yuvraj Anant of hiring a publicist and planting the story of their link-up.

Then months later, Yuvraj Anant bought a swanky house in the same building in Versova where Minissha lives fueling rumours that they are still very much together as a couple.

In an official statement to the press, Anant says, "Given my illustrious family background, I have always chosen to maintain a dignified silence over my alleged linkup with Minissha Lamba.

Even at the time when the Mumbai Mirror journalist called me to take my side of the story I had refused to talk about my personal life, but he still went ahead and printed the story.

The truth is that nobody actually knows the truth, and those who need to know, know exactly what transpired. A day before the story appeared, Minissha (Lamba) had called me up on my Delhi number but I was not reachable on that number at that time.

The next thing I know, Miss Lamba goes to the media and lashes out at me through a half page Bombay Times interview calling me all sorts of names and accusing me of being 'publicity hungry'. I was shocked and deeply hurt since I certainly did not expect such undignified behaviour from her"

Minissha has incessantly accused Yuvraj Anant for using her name for publicity and been quite proactive in maligning his name in the industry circles.

To arrest these accusations once and for all, he says, "Whereas questions of me "using" Minissha Lamba's name for publicity are concerned, the fact is that I have never ever used my own father's name for publicity!

My father is a living legend in the Corporate world and one of the most celebrated business icons of India. He is far more accomplished and successful than Minissha Lamba, who is a small fry in front of him.

So were they ever dating? "As for having a "relationship" with Minissha, let me clarify once and for all, I DATE REAL WOMEN, I DO NOT DATE SILICONE OR PLASTIC" he clarifies.
