Nandish Sandhu also known as Veer of 'Uttaran' is suffering from Acrophobia, but frankly speaking he is not alone in the
world suffering from Phobias, there are many such people who undergo through such problems.
Acrophobia is
a disorder in which a person fears from heights. They fear to fall down from a place at a height and thus avoid any small
places to stand on.
When asked about his fear of heights, Nandish says "It is not exactly the height that I am afraid of. I have no trouble
flying in airplanes, I feel safe in airplanes because my mind tells me there is no way I could fall out, as it is well sealed.
It's not being on high altitudes that I find scary."
"But I fear being in places where I feel, I can fall on sharp rocks or buildings and places where I can't easily tell which is
the horizontal direction, at those places, I am already not sure if I am standing straight or I am tilting." adds
Nandish.
What places it could be? "I am talking about mountaintops, towers, bridges, balconies. There are many times even
when I am lying on my bed and I have this feeling that I am falling, " informs Nandish.
Nandish, it is better you shoot at the plains instead of Mountains!
