Being a part of theater is a thrill like no other. And the more number of years you're in it, the more you can't get away from it. Apara Mehta, a.k.a Damini of SAB TV's 'Sajan Re Jhoot Mat Bolo', is one such theater addict. Inspite of being a successful TV actress, Apara does not miss a single opportunity to perform on the stage, no matter how tedious or difficult it makes her life.

In a one-on-one with us, Apara said, "Basically I am a theater actress and now after working for so many years, I have gotten addicted to it.

Apart from 'Sajan Re Jhoot Mat Bolo', I do around 30-35 theater shows in a month, for which I have to fly at least 10-15 times from Mumbai to wherever the show is. Even today, I will be completing my shoot and will be flying to Ahmedabad to perform, and will be back tomorrow for the shoot of 'Sajan Re Jhoot Mat Bolo.'

Now that's called dedication!! But we're sure it mustn't be easy juggling those tough schedules and the traffic-ridden rides to and from the airport...

"Though I stay near the airport, after getting down at Mumbai, I dont even get time to visit my house and I directly go on to the sets of 'Sajan Re...' with out wasting time. I follow at least 10 days of such routine in a month. Flying has just become a part of the routine for me now. It's not that bad, " adds Apara.

All we can say here is Hats Off to you Ms. Mehta!
