Rajeev Khandelwal has a love for the big outdoors and he likes to bring his family members to share the fun with him. Recent reports suggest that the successful actor has managed to convince 28 of his family members to embark on a river rafting trip with him. The river rafting trip will take place in Rishikesh in the first week of October.

Usually Rajeev likes to travel to Leh by road each year, but due to the recent cloud burst accident that plan got cancelled. As Rajeev had already taken a break from his busy shooting schedule he decided to bring his family members for the river-rafting experience.

Rajeev is going to sponsor the entire trip for his relatives. The actor said that the entire idea behind the trip is to make the senior members of his family feel young again.

Rajeev said that it took herculean effort and superb persuasion skills to get the nod from his elders. Rajeev's father used to serve in the army so he readily agreed but his mother was apprehensive of the entire idea. Rajeev thinks that river water rafting is a great way to bond with family members.

The actor informed us that he will be rafting on river Ganges with his relatives. We hope the actor and his extended family members enjoy the entire experience to the hilt.
