Soham Shah will direct Bipasha Basu's second fitness video in Goa. This is interesting as the duo have not worked together in the past.

The actress reveals why she handed over charge to Shah, "Apart from being a friend, he understands my passion for fitness. Soham is also very sharp, technically. He can also help with editing patterns, lighting and understands bodies." The video will be shot outdoors, unlike the first one.

Bips further elaborates, "Soham knows and is comfortable with the 'Love Yourself' concept, which is my theme. He will deliver with passion, as he knows how much it means to me. People like Deanne (Pandey) and he echo the same sentiments as me."

Her fitness video will also have some slick interesting action on surf, sand and sea. And will also suggest diets. The Bengali Bombshell adds, "The diet in the video will be a new feature. It's very tough giving diets to people ranging from age 18-50 years according to any weight and height.

I will give very basic consultations and have nutritionist and fitness experts on board. Santosh Sundiyal will shoot the video. A bunch of good-looking people with great bodies will perform the routines."

Shooting begins October 29 and Bipasha is already in rehearsal mode. Although she makes it clear that she will ensure this won't clash with the promotion of her next release, Aakrosh? "I have given my dates to the producer of Aakrosh for the promotion. It's a fabulous film where I play a schoolteacher in a tradition-bound village."
