R Madhavan recently stopped a man travelling with his kids on a bike for not wearing a helmet. He took the offender's wife's number from him and called her.

Says Maddy "I had to put the man in his place. I told his wife in good humour that she was married to a heartless donkey!" as he was driving haphazardly with two young children, and that too minus a helmet.

Let's call the traffic police -- they may well have found their next ambassador in the actor!
