Just like JP Dutta, Mahesh Bhatt is feeling cloistered these days. why? Because following his foot
steps half of the Bollywood producers are busy making the more of the erotic and less of the the thrillers
these days.
Giving voice to his anguish the veteran director says,"When we did Jism it dealt with
something that Indian cinema always avoided. But ever since, there's been an overkill of such
movies."
"My latest films are not about sex," he insists.
There's Pooja's 'Rog' starring Irrfan Khan, 'Zaher' which again stars the 'Tumsa Nahi Dekha' team Diya Mirza and Emraan Hashmi, and 'Nazar' which his wife Soni Razdan is directing. The film stars Ashmit Patel and Meera, a well-known actor from
Pakistan.
Bhatt is also planning to make a film on the plight of Muslims in the country.
