Suriya says that what brought him immense satisfaction through his association with a director of the stature of Ram Gopal Verma was that he could be a part of all three versions of Rakthra Charithra and also dub in his own voice for the Hindi version. The RGV film has been also be filmed in the Tamil and Telugu versions.
Now that Suriya has shown off his Hindi speaking skills through Ram Gopal Verma's Raktha Charithra, Hindi film offers are pouring into his coffer.
However, the actor says that he is presently happy working for films down South and will only take up an offer in Bollywood if the character suggested to him is substantial enough. Suriya clearly states that he has no wish to be a part of the multistarrers which are a staple part of Bollywood cinema.
Raktha Charithra shows Suriya playing the role of Suri, a character who directly confronts the character played by Vivek Oberoi. Though the film did not require Suriya to speak many dialogues, his character was one of the strongest, who had to show the fire within him through his eyes. Suriya will also be seen in the next part of Ram Gopal Verma's Raktha Charithra.
