Sanjay Dutt, the B town star whose flat is in Pali Hill and office in Santa Cruz have been attached by the sheriff acting on court orders is all set to challenge the allegations put forth by the film maker Shakeel Noorani that the actor owed him a huge sum of money for leaving his film half way through.

The actor's lawyer has specified that there have been instances of extortion from his client actor Sanjay Dutt by Shakeel Noorani in the past and thus Sanjay Dutt had filed a complaint with the Anti Corruption cell. Reportedly authorities have statements from both the parties on this matter.

According to latest reports very soon two petitions are going to be filed by Sanjay Dutt's lawyer in court regarding the matter.

The property housing the office of the actor and his residence has already been pasted with attachment orders and a stipulated 30 day order has been given by the authorities to the actor to payback all that the film maker is demanding.

The failure to do so would mean the properties would go under the hammer at the auction table. However these latest developments with the actor's lawyer denying that his client owed anything to the film maker and fresh petitions to be filed at the next course of action remains to be seen in the matter.
