"We would generally pack up by 9.30-10.00 p.m. and one night we all decided to stay back at the old Raj Mahal of Baria (shown as actor Jimmy Sheirgill's house in the movie) to enjoy some desi murga (traditional Indian chicken), cooked by the locals on Jimmy's birthday eve, " said producer Rahul Mittra, CEO Brandsmith.
"As we sat down to enjoy the food in the open, my production manager Satish Mane along with others came running. A leapord just leaped behind them, next to the make-shift kitchen, and vanished in the darkness."
"First, we all froze but soon started missing the leopard's company, which locals termed as a good omen. The aroma of the country chicken must have attracted the shy leopard."
Apart from Jimmy, the film also stars Mahie Gill and Randeep Hooda. The makers are planning to release it in April.
