Monica Dogra couldn't have asked for more. She got a big screen break with Kiran Rao's directorial debut "Dhobi Ghat" and a friend for keeps in her co-star Prateik Babbar, 24, courtesy the movie.

"Prateik is my peer, my colleague. He is my age. We listen to the same kind of music, we are interested in the same kind of fashion. So, he is more sort of my partner-in-crime. We are both kind of different and alternatives and reclusive, " Monica told.

"We are supporting each other and calling each other every day. I've found a really good friend in Prateik. He is going to blow up as a result of this film, " added the 28-year-old.

The movie hits the screens Friday. Produced by Aamir Khan, "Dhobi Ghat" also stars Aamir and debutante Kriti Malhotra.
