Actress Kratika Sengar, who plays title role in Zee TV's historical series "Jhansi Ki Rani", fell unconscious while shooting for an underground sequence in a tunnel.
The actress was shooting for an elaborate underground sequence when the heat and humidity inside the tunnel took a toll on her and she fainted. The doctor on the set rushed in immediately and later Kratika was
taken to a nearby clinic where she was put on complete bed-rest for a day.
"I have been shooting non-stop for 14-16 hours a day for the past few months and this has taken a toll on my health. Shooting inside a tunnel involves intricate lighting and we had to take several re-takes for the perfect
shot. I was feeling a little giddy but did not take it to be an ominous sign and continued with the shoot," said Kratika, adding she is fine now.
