Bollywood actress Minissha Lamba has been roped in to star opposite Shreyas Talpade in Shirish Kunder's new film "Joker".

"Minissha Lamba has been cast as the heroine opposite Shreyas Talpade in 'Joker'," Shirish wrote on microblogging site Twitter.

Last seen in the national award winning film "Well Done Abba", Minissha, who has been off the big screen for some time, is also exicited about working with Kunder.

"Gonna start filming a new movie soon..Shirish Kunder's 'Joker'. It's a blessing to work with people whose work one has admired," she also wrote on Twitter.

Akshay Kumar and Sonakshi Sinha play lead couple in Kunder's film.
