Priyanka and Controversy are sounding more like synonyms these days. After her former secretary Prakash Jaju, it's now producer P G Shreekant who has filed a case against the actress.

His firm, Akshay Management Services, has charged the actress, her father Dr AK Chopra, and her ex-secretary Prakash Jaju, under Section 420 of IPC in the Metropolitan Magistrate's 10th Court at Andheri, Mumbai.

According to him: "Priyanka was nothing at that time. In 2001, after winning the Ms. World contest, she and her father approached my firm and requested me to promote her so she could get better roles. Her father asked me to give an advance of Rs 3 lakh, which he said he would return once she signed films. He hasn't returned the amount till now."

Priyanka was unavailable for comment while her advocate, Satish Maneshinde, when contacted said, "I wouldn't like to make any statements to the press, whatever I make it will be in court."
