Filmmaker Madhur Bhandarkar has denied reports that he has started working on his long-awaited project "Heroine", saying nothing has yet been finalised.

"Media speculation about me doing next film 'HEROINE'. Just 2 clear, Nothing final yet. M working on 2-3 scripts and will decide soon what 2 make, " Bhandarkar wrote on microblogging site Twitter.

Earlier, Kareena was supposed to play the lead role in the film, but she opted out after the film got delayed. Recent reports also suggested that Aishwarya Rai has agreed play the part, but Bhandarkar refused that too.
