Even as his "Dil Maange More" is being readied for release, director Anant Mahadevan has been signed to direct a thriller.

Producer Shyam Bajaj has roped in Mahadevan to direct the next film, titled "Aksar", reports Bollywood Trade.

There are reports the film may star Salman Khan, since he has been signed by Bajaj for two projects.

However, Anant denies having signed Salman. "Shyam Bajaj has signed him for his banner but not for this particular film. Nevertheless, we are looking at a big cast for the film." he said.
