Shefali Shah spent a day with a real-life under-trial criminal recently and is in constant touch with his family.

All this as a part of preparation for her role in Kucch Luv Jaisaa. In the film, she runs into Rahul Bose who plays a gangster on the run and gets to spend a day with him.
