Yup, Varma has announced his decision to counter producer Nitin Manmohan's plans to make Bhoot 2 with Vikram Bhatt as director with a quickie called Bhoooo which he will direct right away even before he starts shooting his biggie Department with the Big B and the Deadly Dutt.

The overnight decision to counter Bhoot with Bhooo came after Ramu read the announcement about Bhoot 2 with Vikram Bhatt. Incensed and insulted he called a meeting on Tuesday afternoon in his office, and a team was set in motion counter-attack the Bhoot 2 announcement.

Says a source, "Ramu and Nitin Manmohan had a noisy fall-out after Bhoot. Ramu feels Bhoot 2 with another director is Manmohan's way of getting even with Ramu. So he has decided to do his own sequel to Bhoot."

When contacted Ramu happily admitted Bhooo was his Bhoot 2.

Says the intrepid director, "Yes Bhooo will be Bhoot 2. Let's see who can stop me from making it. The title Bhooo comes from that commonly uttered sound by us when when we want to scare the daylights out of our enemies. That's what I want to do to my enemies who are now doing sequel to my film on the sly.

When that sound Bhooo we utter as kids is used in an adult-horror film context it completely changes in its intention and intensity."

When asked about the cast of Bhooo Ramu keeps mum. But we got to know that Bhooo will star Ramu's new muse Mahie Gill who plays Susairaj. Raj Kumar Yadav who played the lead in Ekta Kapoor's Ragini MMS and Shaitan has impressed Ramu enough to be cast in Bhooo as the leading man.

Booo will carry forward the story from Bhoot with the same characters.

Says a source close to Ramu, "Let Nitin Manmohan use the title. Ramu will carry the story and characters forward in Bhooo.That will be Bhoot 2"

Adds Ramu, "The tagline to my sequel will be ‘If Bhoot Scared You Bhooo Will Kill You."We can't wait to know what will do to Nitin Manmohan.
