Chitrangda Singh to learn accelerated freefall for Krrish sequel

Chitrangda Singh is leaving for Los Angeles to learn Accelerated Freefall, a form of skydiving where you jump from 14, 000 feet above sea level.

This action sequence is part of the actress' character in Krissh's sequel. She plays a mutant in the movie. It's also something that she has wanted to do for a while now. So there's a personal and professional interest at stake here.

She says, "I've already done four skydives from 4, 500 feet. But what I am now going to attempt is a jump taken from 14, 000 feet. I am heading to a skydiving centre near LA."

The longest dive

When asked about her fears, she says, " It is 40 seconds of free fall. But I believe those 40 seconds feel like an hour. I can't wait."

Chitrangda heads for the US with her family. "My husband and brother have done 83 skydives each. So I've to not only equal their record but break it."
