Former Kolkata Knight Rider (KKR) captain Sourav Ganguly on Saturday denied all allegations of a strained relationship between
him and KKR owner Shah Rukh Khan.
The former India captain, while speaking to the press after hosting celebrity couple
Aamir Khan and Kiran Rao in his show "Ke Hobe Banglar Kotipati" (Who
wants to be bengal's millionaire), clarified that there was no animosity between him and Shah Rukh.
He said, "A false story is being circulated."
Shah Rukh who is the owner of the KKR, supposedly no longer on good terms with
Sourav Ganguly after the team did not sign him up for the fourth edition of the Indian Premier League (IPL).
Sourav, who was later bought by the Pune Warriors team, brushed off all stories by saying, "Shah Rukh is like an elder brother to
me."
"Kolkata Knight Riders is an emotional team for me", he added.
