Has Pooja Bhat portrayed Illene Hamman in a tacky manner in Rog?

Well... according to a complaint filed by advocate Vinod Jain from the High Court, Illene's poster which was put up by publicity department of the film in Juhu is obscene and offending.

Illene plays an Anglo-Indian woman in the film, who is loved by three men.

Defending her promotional still Pooja Bhat says, "He has no legal standing as we have got the Censor clearance before putting them.

"I don't want to sound arrogant but what I do will aesthetic and refined. I will portray sensuality but not something that will be tacky or vulgar. At the end of the day I am not making a children's film, I have to show a sensuous woman."

"When we applied for the Censor certificate it was for an A one and not U," she adds with frown.
