The Delhi High Court on Tuesday restrained the producer and director of the film Dil Maange More featuring upcoming star Shahid Kapoor from licensing its international distribution/overseas release and video rights.

The injunction order was passed by Justice Tirath Singh Thakur on a petition filed by soft drinks company Pepsi which said it had trademark rights over the phrase Yeh Dil Maange More.

The court said the restraint order on licensing of international distribution would be effective if it was not already granted to somebody.
