The Indian actress, who shot to fame after featuring in the movie, has been seen in multiple films ever since, but she says none have been like the Danny Boyle-directed story, reports femalefirst.co.uk.
"Danny would tell us, 'Just know that you've had a great time doing this film and that you've enjoyed yourself. Let the experience be superlative rather than the expectation.' The experience was phenomenal. I've not had an experience like 'Slumdog' in all of the seven films I've done since. It was a baby that you want to keep repeating over and over again, " said Freida.
The "Rise of the Planet of the Apes" star worked as a model before she was cast in "Slumdog Millionaire", and admits it would have been "stupid" to turn down the opportunity to appear in the blockbuster.
"I think for me, the opportunity was so big that I'd be stupid to waste it and walk away from it. Because acting is something I've always wanted to do. I never knew it was going to happen the way it happened. But if I'm going to be presented with an opportunity, it would be silly not to lap it up. And that opportunity was given to me by 'Slumdog', " she said.
