The filming of "Sukhay Pathay", the first TV serial featuring Indian and Pakistani artistes, has been completed 
and it will be telecast soon, Online news agency reports.
The cast of the mega series includes Bollywood actors like Suresh Oberoi, Amar Jeet and Mann Sharma along 
with Pakistani stars Uzma Gillani, Sunita Marshall, Farah Shah, Ayub Khoso and Qaiser Nizamani. 
Khalid Khan, the producer of the serial, said it was a great experience working with such a dedicated team of 
actors from both sides of the border.
"This is the first step towards the beginning of a new era in the field of drama between Pakistan and India as 
actors from both sides gave their best shot," he said.
"Sukhay Pathay" was made under the banner of K.K. Production Canada.
The serial was largely filmed in Canada while some scenes were shot in the Northern Areas of 
Pakistan.
Khalid said all the actors had worked through thick and thin to get the serial completed and now it was up to 
the viewers to make it a hit.
"Famous singer Waqar Ali composed the background music of 'Sukhay Pathay', some of the scenes of which 
were shot in tough conditions," he said.
