Actor Prachi Desai has been named brand ambassador of Gili Signature, first sub-brand of leading diamond jewellery maker Gili.

Gili Signature caters to young urban woman, be she a professional, a housewife, or mother.

The brand will offer a wide range of jewellery at varied price points, suitable for all occasions, as well as cultures and tastes and be available in metros, Tier I and Tier II cities.

The company said Prachi Desai was the obvious choice as the Brand Ambassador of Gili Signature as she has made her mark at a young age.

"She has been television's golden girl and continues to stun the audience with her aura of freshness and charm on the silver screen. Though modern in style, she is traditional at heart and Prachi perfectly personifies what the brand is all about- refreshing, charming, contemporary with a touch of tradition, "said a company spokesperson on Friday.

At its launch, Gili Signature will be available at 26 exclusive outlets of the brand in 55 cities, and 250 points of sale at department and lifestyle stores across the country. In the next six months, the availability will extend to 70 cities.
