Actor Jay Kalra is rather weary of the media's interest in his so-called strip scene in director Madhur Bhandarkar's film "Page 3".

A daily recently reported that during the film the actor had to strip in front of Bhandarkar and actress Konkona Sensharma.

"Besides making an error in the film's name, the daily also forgot to mention that I stripped down to swimming trunks," tells Jay.

According to Jay, he is shown shooting for an ad-film. "A lot of actors have done it in the past and it cannot be called 'stripping' in the real sense of the word.

"I was supposed to wear swimming trunks for that particular scene and there was nothing unusual about it. You cannot be expected to wear anything else on the beach," laughed the actor.
