Sonam Kapoor has more flops than hits, but the actress happily embraces failures and feels it's the secret to success.

"I don't fear failure because if you don't fail, you would not know the secret of success, " Sonam told.

"I don't take praise and I don't take criticism seriously. I just feel like I need to work hard, improve myself and that I need to keep working towards it, " she added.
