When it comes to finding a man, Shraddha Kapoor has high standards. And that's because she has her dad (Shakti Kapoor) as a yardstick.

She tells CS, "My dad is so efficient that the house is always in order.

From hiring domestic helps to buying bhajji, changing the bulb, to choosing the colour of the walls -- he's very organised. He doesn't breathe till he's got the job done.

So now when I see my friends taking things easy, I can't help calling them slackers because I have my dad as my standard."
