Dustin Hoffman has signed the upcoming comedy of Marc Forster, the Oscar nominated director of "Finding Neverland".

Hoffman joins Emma Thompson, Maggie Gyllenhaal, Queen Latifah and Will Ferrell in Forster's third major Hollywood film, said The Guardian.

Forster directed Halle Berry's Oscar vehicle "Monster's Ball" in 2001. His Johnny Depp starrer "Finding Neverland" is running for seven Academy Awards Feb 27.
