"Who doesn't like Shah Rukh Khan?" says model-turned-actor Samita Bangargi who's currently playing the simple-girl-next-door-transformed-to-a-hot-babe in the music video of the 'Jadoo Teri Nazar...' song (SRK's song in Darr).

"The video is becoming so popular and it's got nothing to do with skimpy clothes and sleazy gestures. It's been directed by Kuki Gulati who I know will always make a decent video. I have immense faith in him and likewise he knows how to portray me and as for the song, it's one of my favourites and Shah Rukh of course!" says Samita who was last seen in Raj Kaushal's SHAADI KA LADOO.

And while she's all gung ho about her next release due in April, called RAMJI LONDONWALE in which she's paired opposite R Madhavan. "It's an interesting story about a cook from Bihar who goes to London to work and stays there illegally without a work permit till circumstances compel him to get married for a visa! It's shaped up fabulously and I am really looking forward to it."

Ask her in the day and age of constant exposure and limelight doesn't she risk being sidelined and she says, "Even if I do one film in two years, it's fine by me as long as the film and performance is talked about. I want to choose work that will make me proud of it, I should be able to sit with my family and friends and watch it. I'd rather take my time than do things which my heart is not into." And so she says unlike other girls who may be content with four songs and one scene in a film "I'd rather do three extra scenes and one song," she laughs.

Talking about the popularity of the video she says, "You won't believe the response I'm getting. Today TV is definitely bigger than films, unless it's a Shah Rukh film or any other big, big banner film. TV is watched by everybody and I think since these videos get played across so many channels, the response is great!"

While Samita is biding her time till her next release she says she gets TV offers by the dozen. "But unlike a Jennifer Aniston who can get away doing both films and TV, here you can be caught doing only one thing! You have to do either films or TV, you can't do both, though I would love to and I will do TV." Till that time, Samita Bangargi would rather let her nazar do the jadoo!
