Britney Spears and husband Kevin Federline have denied reports that their marriage is on the rocks barely five months after tying the knot.

The couple insist they will be together forever - and are even planning to launch a clothing line named "Pair of Dice" after their matching tattoos later this year, reported Sky News.

There are also reports of Federline having taken singing and dancing lessons to launch his own music career.

Recent US magazine reports suggested that the pair, married in September, was on the verge of a break-up because of Federline's drinking, gambling and strip club visits.

But Spears, 22, vowed the couple would never part. During a recent photoshoot for men's fashion magazine Details, 27-year-old Federline said he felt "misunderstood" by media portrayal.

"I'm misunderstood as they portray me in the tabloids. Sometimes I get very protective of her... but for me, I can deal with it."
