Actress Meera who has often been hailed as the Aishwarya Rai of Pakistan and voted one of the most beautiful girls of South Asia, has also been termed the most eligible bachelorette of her country by its media.
A superstar in her country, Meera made her Bollywood debut opposite Ashmit Patel in Mahesh's Bhatt's Nazar, followed by a few other movies, before she took a sabbatical. Mired in scandals and controversies of all sorts, Meera's life has always been a rollercoaster ride. But the actress has now planed a turnaround!
Creating a flurry of sorts in her home country, she has announced plans of quitting Lollywood (the Pakistan film industry) and begin a second innings in Bollywood. To find out what's on her mind, we called on her India publicist Dale Bhagwagar, but he was unavailable for comment.
Meanwhile, Meera has even said, she doesn't mind competing with Aishwarya Rai, Katrina Kaif or Deepika Padukone!
That's okay Meera – as long as they too don't mind competing with you. Tch tch!
