According to a newspaper, the 'Dabbang' actor experienced an intense pain while shooting for the film in Cuba and he is suspecting a knot in his jaw. Although, the pain was not as acute as the one he suffered in June last year, but it seems to be an issue demanding concern.
A source for the tabloid was quoted as saying that the 46-year old actor is on medication for the same and is not worried about the ailment much. He added further that it's a physical condition just similar to blood pressure, diabetes, cholesterol and it can't deter Salman from living his life to the fullest.
Salman, who happens to be one of the most eligible bachelors in the country, underwent a non-invasive surgery for trigeminal neuralgia in the United States six months back.
The surgery, which went on for five-hours, involved removing blockages inside the mouth after which he was advised rest for few weeks. He will reportedly undergo a second-time diagnosis soon.
In an interview earlier, Khan claimed that he has been silently suffering from trigeminal neuralgia for the past seven years and it was only when the pain became unbearable that he decided to go in for surgery.
The ailment even affected his voice, making it much harsher.

The pain originates from the trigeminal nerve and is one of the most painful conditions known. The symptoms of the disease, which happens to be quite rare with approximately 1 in 15,000 people suffering from it, mostly appear after the age of 50.
