Producer-turned-director Pahlaj Nihalani, who has signed Shahid Kapoor and Ranbir Kapoor to play the two roles played by Govinda and Chunky Pandey in the remake of 1994 comedy Aankhen, is faced with a strange dilemma.

The film, which is based on the Kishore Kumar comedy Do Dooni Chaar has both the stars playing double role, but the director is unable to decide which one will play what role.

A source close to the project says, "Both the parts are equally lengthy and funny. Ranbir and Shahid have left it to the director to decide the casting, but Pahlaj is quite confused."

"It really doesn't matter which of my two heroes are cast in which role, as both have double roles and equal screen presence, " says Nihalani.

Incidentally, Nihalani seems to be enamoured by double roles. Debutante Raika has a double role in his upcoming film Avatar, which also stars Govinda.
