Actress Shilpa Shetty, who is expecting her first child with husband Raj Kundra in May, has started taking Lamaze classes and finds the exercise insightful and fun.

Lamaze is a technique that increases a mother's confidence in her ability to give birth and help them understand how to cope with pain in ways that both facilitate labour and promote comfort.

"Started Lamaze classes with Dr Rita Shah. A must do, very insightful. Fun to work out with pregnant women all around. Quite a cute sight, " the 36-year-old posted on micro-blogging site Twitter.

The actress, who married London-based Kundra in 2009, announced her pregnancy in December last year and says she is enjoying all the love and attention she is getting these days.

"The best part of pregnancy is that everyone is so nice to you. So much love and pampering all around. Bad part everyone feeds you so much, phew, " she further tweeted.
