Bollywood star Salman Khan entertained the Chennai audience with his desi moves on some of the popular dance numbers at the opening ceremony of the fifth season of Indian Premier League (IPL) here Tuesday.

Donning red pants, white t-shirt, accompanied by a "Being Human" jacket, the actor entered the venue riding on a truck and started off his performance by shaking a leg on "Character dheela hai", followed by a remix version of "Teri meri".

Other popular songs that the actor danced on were "Munni badnam" and "Do you wanna partner". The actor was seen enjoying his own performance thoroughly.

However, the highlight of his act was the instrumental music of his hit romantic number "O O Jaane Jaana", which rocked the music charts in the 1990s, while he posed like he was playing a guitar.

He also showed off his signature moves from the original song.

Unlike others, the actor's performance came to a cracking end with fireworks filling the moonlit sky.
