People In Defence For Animals (PIDA), an NGO working for the welfare of animals, has issued a legal notice to producer-director Karan Johar for the alleged use of wild
animals in his next film, Kaal, being directed by his assistant Soham Shah.
The notice alleges that tigers, lions, pythons, owls and monkeys have been handled in a cruel manner, and without obtaining prior permission from the Animal Welfare
