Bollywood actor Preeti Jhangiani, who almost disappeared from the Hindi movie scene but has been doing a couple of South Indian films, is all set to do a Bengali film.

ng with ‘Elar Char Adhyay' famed Vikram. In a press conference on Monday the actor said: "I am going to play the role of a college girl named Riya who comes to the city to study MBA from outside. She became very close friend of Neel. She begins to lead a desperate life full of lies. Since lies never pay so it was the same for Riya, her life was destroyed."

"This is the story of the girl who learns from her ‘Mistakes' and gets rid of them and stands on her feet in life, " added Preeti narrating the storyline.

Preeti said that she is very excited to do this film.

This is the first venture of director S.K in Bengali films.

The director added: "The moral of the story is a mistake can be counted as a mistake when it is done only once but if it is done more than once then it will never be called a mistake."

Vikram said: "This is a film about the youths and their lifestyle. The subject of the film is very interesting and carries a good message for younger generation."

"I hope that everyone will like this film and will appreciate it as they have done in case of ‘Elar Char Adhyay', " he said.
