At a recent event, filmmaker Sanjay Leela Bhansali spoke about his admiration for sister Bela Bhansali Sehgal
He said, "I'm what I'm because of my sister. She took me to St Xavier's College, Mumbai and then later got me into FTII, Pune.
She even took me to Vidhu Vinod Chopra and pleaded with him to let me
direct a song in Parinda. My career took off from there."
