Even after finding her dream home in Mumbai, Shruti Haasan says the South city holds a special place in her heart

After finally settling in Mumbai last month, Shruti Haasan has had hardly any time to enjoy her new home. The reason being that she's busy travelling back and forth to Hyderabad for commitments. Although she's in Mumbai for good now, she's balancing her career in the South city after the success of Gabbar Singh.

Hyderabad seems to have almost become her second home. And apparently, the feedback from the people there on her work has always been positive for the actress. "I am extremely overwhelmed with the response that I've got from the people there.

Hence, I do travel to the city quite a lot. Currently, I'm busy with projects in Mumbai but Hyderabad has always been one of my favourite cities and you will see me there on a regular basis, " informs the 26-year-old starlet.

As of now, Shruti is back in the city giving final touches to her new home. Apart from being an actress and a musician, she now has a new role — an interior decorator. She has never decorated a house before and has decided to do the interiors of the place herself.

Shruti adds, "I hope I like the end product. Also this is going to be a space where I write my music so it's very important that I keep it simple and warm."
