Ravi Chopra's plans for an adaptation of Clint Eastwood's "The Bridges Of Madison" is set to materialise with Amitabh Bachchan and Hema Malini reportedly having liked the script.

"Both liked the script immensely. Hopefully we should be able to start the project soon after 'Babul'," Ravi Chopra said.

He denied the film was a re-make of Eastwood's film. "It is definitely inspired from 'The Bridges Of Madison', but I am adapting it differently for my film."

On Amitabh and Hema, Ravi Chopra said: "They made an excellent pair in 'Baghban' and I decided to extend the pairing in 'Babul', in which they have once again given a tremendous performance. They make a very fascinating pair on screen."
