Leonardo DiCaprio says he practised his losing smile for the Oscars — because he knew he wouldn't win the Best Actor trophy.
Leonardo was nominated for his role as Howard Hughes in The Aviator but lost the Oscar to Jamie Foxx for Ray.
DiCaprio says he was glad he rehearsed his reaction, because the cameras refused to leave him alone when Jamie Foxx collected his Oscar.
He said, "I wasn't surprised that Jamie got the award. But I knew that cameras would be stuffed up my face so I had my response ready. Anyone who says they don't
practice is a liar."
