Boman Irani has played a Parsi in a couple of films. But when we asked him about the lack of Parsis in Indian cricket team, the actor told CS, "We are a dwindling number and it pretty much reflects on our national team too."

He shed light on the fact that Parsis continue to prosper in other fields. "There was a time when Parsis constituted more than half of the cricket team.

In a similar way, there was an era when our team had most guys from Bombay and then there was a phase when Karnataka players were dominating. Times change, you see, " he concludes.
