It was a special Friendship Day celebration for director Madhur Bhandarkar and Kareena Kapoor

They invited the kids of an NGO on the sets of their upcoming film and exchanged friendship bands over the weekend.

`I have never celebrated Friendship Day before and no one has ever given me a friendship band. This is my first and I am so glad it is,` said Kareena.

`I am delighted to see these kids on my sets,` added Madhur, who distributed chocolates to the kids.
