Madhur Bhandarkar is known to seek inspiration from real-life incidents for his 'true to life' films. And apparently he has done just the same for his upcoming film starring Kareena Kapoor.

This time the filmmaker apparently has 'borrowed' an episode from Preity Zinta's life. The actress was known to have donned the burkha on several occasions to visit movie theatres in disguise.


Our source says, `Madhur came to know about this and decided to portray it in his film.` Our source adds that Madhur's leading lady Kareena Kapoor is shown doing something similar in the film. The source adds, `Madhur thought of it as a nice idea.`
