Telly actress Sangeeta Ghosh is making a comeback. Best remembered as Pammi from Aroona Irani's soap Des Mein Niklla Hoga Chand, Sangeeta had created a stir when she tied the knot with a businessman.
The arranged marriage was a quiet affair after which she disappeared from the scene. The secrecy over her marriage had surprised the industry who only realised it early last year.
Says a source, `She is now keen to be back and will be seen in a show directed by Nandita Mehra who has called the shots for several TV soaps. Though things are under wraps for the moment, Sangeeta has given her nod.`
Adds the source, `Sangeeta and Nandita's friendship goes back a long way. They are very close to each other, so what better choice than her buddy's show to return?`
Sangeeta had tried to switch from TV to the big screen with Dharmesh Darshan's film Bhawra but the project though complete never got a release.
