Television actor Sayantani Ghosh will mark her entry in Zee TV's serial 'Mrs. Kaushik Ki Paanch Bahuein' as an Icchadhari Naagin for the second time in her career.

Sayantani is still remembered for playing the lead role in Zee TV's Naagin.

Right from the moment that she makes her entry in Mrs. Kaushik Ki Paanch Bahuein as the maid servant of the house, viewers will get a feeling that she has some mysterious supernatural powers.

`I have a long standing association with Zee and its always heartwarming to be back on the channel. My career's biggest hit till date, Naagin has been with Zee TV," said Sayantani.

"I am looking forward to my cameo in 'Mrs. Kaushik Ki Paanch Bahuiein' as the show is doing very well and I will be essaying a very interesting role. I am excited to play a Naagin all over again," she said.

"But, the Naagin that I played earlier and the one that I will be playing now will be poles apart in characterization. The Naagin that enters Mrs. Kaushik wants to lead a normal life, be loved, wants to have a husband and kids... basically a normal family life! You can say that it's a more humane depiction of the mythical creature,` commented Sayantani.

Sayantani's entry in the show will be quite dramatic.

Members of the Kaushik family, while praying in a temple, will see a woman being chased by goons.

The same woman takes refuge behind an idol and follows the Kaushik family home.

She introduces herself as Naina and is accepted as a maid in the Kaushik household.

The family willl be unaware of the fact that she is an Icchadhari Naagin in the garb of a maid.

Naina gets overwhelmed by the love and care she gets from every member of the Kaushik parivaar and in the process, gets very close to the family.
