Whitney Houston's much-publicised drugs addiction problems have resurfaced again - the singer has checked into a rehabilitation clinic for the second time in a year.

According to Sky News, the publicist of the 41-year-old Grammy-winning singer - who has admitted to using prescription pills, marijuana and cocaine - issued a short statement saying: "Whitney Houston has re-entered a facility for rehabilitation".

No other details were available.

Houston, who has had a fiery marriage with Bobby Brown, had checked in for rehabilitation for five days in March 2004.
