Choreographer Prabhudeva is set to make his directorial debut. The actor-choreographer-director has been signed on by Boney Kapoor to direct a love story. "We are still working on the script that's likely to take a month to complete," said Kapoor.

He denies that this Hindi film will be a remake of a South Indian hit, like most of his other films. "It's an original idea that's being developed." The cast for this film is yet to be finalised. Kapoor is also associated with Prabhudeva's first choreography assignment for the film Pukaar.
